b'T e mpt i n gT ate rsCheesyGnocchi with Ingredients: ham, peas &1 package (17.5) potato gnocchi carrots 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 1 onion, diced 8 oz. piece of deli ham or leftover ham 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth 3/4 cup water 1 cup of frozen peas & carrots, thawed 1/4 cup heavy cream 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 cup shredded Swiss or Gruyere cheeseDirections:Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add the ham and thyme and continue to cook until the ham is lightly browned.Add the chicken broth and water and bring to a simmer. Add the gnocchi, and stir well to coat. Cover and cook until the gnocchi is tender about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.Uncover and add the salt, pepper, cream, peas and carrots and half the cheese.
