N O V E M B E R / D E C E M B E R 2 0 1 7 10 POTATO GROWER T e m p t i n g Taters • 1 bag (32 oz.) tater tots • 5 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled • 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts • 1 1/2 cups grated colby cheese • 1 1/2 cups grated monterey jack cheese • 3/4 cups of milk • salt and pepper Grease the bottom of the crock pot. Layer 1/2 the bag of tater tots on the bottom on crock pot. Sprinkle over the tater tots with 1/2 the bacon. Mix the two cheeses together and sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese over the bacon and tots. Put the chicken breasts in a single layer in the crock pot next. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Top the chicken with another 1/3 of the cheese; sprinkle the other half of the bacon. Add the remainer half of the tater tots. Put the last 1/3 of the cheese on top of the tater tots. Lastly, pour the milk all over the top. Set the crock pot to high and cook for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
