Crush up the potato chips and spread them in separate shallow dishes. In another shallow dish, beat together the egg, milk, garlic power, salt & pepper. Dip half of the chicken cubes into the egg mixture & dregde them into the sour cream & onion potato chips. Repeat with the barbecue potato chips. Place the chicken nuggets on a baking sheet & drizzle with the melted butter. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
