S E P T E M B E R / O C O T O B E R 2 0 1 7 12 POTATO GROWER Patrick and Tony Frost, two Moorhead, Minnesota high school graduates debuted their Potato Brothers food truck on the streets of Moorhead in July of this year. They set up at Moorhead’s Junkyard Brewing Company on some days and are at the Moorhead Center Mall also. They are trying to find businesses that would see the value in having their food truck on site to serve the public. The two brothers have been think- ing about this for many years and decided to purchase a used conces- sion trailer from a man in Fergus Falls, Minnesota back in the Spring. The trailer needed a little tender loving care but with some hard work and elbow grease the brothers are ready to show it off. Both brothers have plenty of food experience and knowledge. Tony Frost has been in the food industry for around 15 years and Patrick has a bachelors degree in business administration from Texas and has worked in the food industry as well. The two brothers worked together and lived together in Austin, Texas, but went there separate ways in 2014 when Tony moved back home to Moorhead, Minnesota. Patrick moved to Denver, Colorado but also returned to Moohead earlier this year. The two then got together and decided to give the potato themed food truck a whirl and seem to be having alot of success with it in this Potato Based Food Truck Hits The Streets Of Moorhead, Minnesota Potato Brothers owners, Patrick (right)) and Tony Frost of Moorhead, Minnesota.
