(1 oz.) taco seasoning mix 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 can (15.5 oz.) black beans 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1 can (4.5 oz.) chopped green chiles, undrained.Directions:Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.In a large frying pan, cook hash brown potatoes according to package directions. Set aside.In another large frying pan, spray the pan with cooking spray, cook the beef, on-ion and garlic on medium heat for 10 minutes or until the meat is done, stirring frequently. Stir in the taco seasoning and remove pan from heat.Drain the beans, reserving 1/4 cup of the liquid; set beans aside. Add reserved bean liquid to the meat mixture along with the tomato sauce and green chiles; mix well.Spread half of the meat mixture onto the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle half of the cheese over the meat mixture; cover the meat mixture with half of the potatoes; then half of the beans.
