A P R I L 2 0 1 8 POTATO GROWER 17 T e m p t i n g Taters • 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder • 1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese • 2 Tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese • 1/2 cup sour cream • salt and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a large muf n tin with non-stick cooking spray. Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Spoon the potato mixture 2/3 full into 8 muf n cups. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes on the bottom oven rack until slightly golden on top. Serve hot. Directions: Ingredients:
